Latino owned and operated, Solstice is the brainchild of Native Angelino Chef Dave Martinez (Soho House, Elf Cafe, Full Moon Pickles and Catering). Our Chef thrives in his personalized, made-to-order style catering with a “No Rules” Punk Rock approach to present a refreshing taste and experience away from the norm.

In his travels, Chef Dave has worked in exceptional kitchens across Europe and the States. Once back home, Chef Dave was at the helm of some of LA’s best restaurants and Pop-Ups, where he developed his own bright, fresh, and thoughtfully exotic style he has become known for while developing expertise in the unique ins and outs of private event and production catering.

Our food philosophy is simple. Food is just like people: at their best when they’re being themselves. We understand that food is alive and deserves to be treated with love and respect. That is why we stick to local ingredients and collaborate with purveyors with like-minded ideals.
